Liability insurance and damages

Damage happens even to the best of us. That's why at Truster we've made sure you're not left on your own if something goes wrong. Our service fee always includes comprehensive liability insurance.

What does the insurance cover? Liability insurance protects you in situations where you cause damage to a client's property or a third party while working. The insurance covers damages up to a million euros.

Do this if damage occurs:

1. Don't panic. Calmly work out what happened.
2. Take photos of the damage and write down how it happened.
3. Contact our customer service without delay. We'll help you file a damage report with the insurance company.

Please note that the insurance is only valid when the work has been invoiced through Truster.
