Invoice unpaid or overdue

If the invoice due date has passed and the customer hasn’t paid, there’s no need to worry - we’ll handle payment monitoring for you if Maksuvahti is enabled.

First, check the invoice status in the Invoices view. If the invoice is Overdue, we’ll automatically send payment reminders to the customer and, if necessary, transfer the invoice to collections. You can also remind the customer yourself. The commission is paid to you once the invoice has been paid.

If you have turned off Maksuvahti, payment reminders or collections are not included in the service.
