Just as easy as being a light entrepreneur, but with your own Business ID (Y-tunnus): we open the Business ID and take care of bookkeeping, VAT and taxes — no company bank account needed. Fee: 3.99% or €59/month.
Sole proprietorship with your own bank account
Own account
The same sole proprietorship service, but invoices are paid straight into your own bank account. We handle bookkeeping and filings — you pay taxes based on the figures we prepare. €59.90/month.
How to choose
Don't have a Business ID yet, or only invoice occasionally? Start as a light entrepreneur — you can start invoicing today, with no commitments. Taxes, YEL and insurance are taken care of, and your pay lands in your account already fully processed.
Is entrepreneurship your main occupation, or do your assignments require a Business ID? A sole proprietorship (toiminimi) is just as easy as light entrepreneurship: we open the Business ID for you, take care of bookkeeping, VAT and taxes — you don't even need your own company bank account. Includes Maksuvahti, which sends payment reminders to your clients and handles collections.
Want the money paid directly into your own bank account? Own account is the same sole proprietorship service with full control: connect your account to the app, match your bank statement transactions to your bookkeeping with a few taps, and pay your own taxes based on the figures we prepare for you.
You can switch between services at any time — your data, clients and invoices come along with you. And once your company starts paying salaries, Payoll takes care of the payroll.
Pricing in brief
Light entrepreneur: 3.99% of invoicing, or €55/month with no fee. Sole proprietorship: 3.99% or €59/month. Own account: a flat €59.90/month. Registering and using the platform is always free — with the fee-based plan, you only pay when you invoice.
Get your money faster if you want: HetiPalkka pays out your salary even before your client has paid the invoice (additional cost of 5%), and with Pikamaksu the money is in your account right after payment (€25). Note that your monthly subscription must be active before the invoiced work begins and on the payment date — otherwise a fee will be charged on the invoice.
