Why doesn't my income show up in the Incomes Register?

If you log in to the Incomes Register, or Kela asks for your details, you might be surprised to find it empty. Is something wrong? No.

You're not an employee

The Incomes Register is built for wage income. As a sole trader (toiminimi), you don't pay yourself a salary — instead, you make private withdrawals from your company's account. These withdrawals aren't legally wages, so they don't belong in the Incomes Register.

"So how do I prove my income?"

Since there's no official payslip, you'll need another document to show your income to a bank, Kela, or a landlord.

Solution: Download the Income Statement from the Truster app. It's an official document showing your company's sales and expenses. You'll find it under Company details > Reports.
