Downloadable reports

You'll find up-to-date reports on your company's income and expenses directly in the Truster app. Open the Menu and click Downloadable reports.

Reports

Sales report

The sales report includes the sales invoices in the app, as well as a VAT breakdown of the invoices.

Expense report

The expense report includes expenses added to your bookkeeping, such as receipts scanned via the receipt scanner, as well as service fees and any YEL and subcontractor invoices.

Withdrawal report

The withdrawal report includes your sole trader (toiminimi) business's private withdrawals, i.e. the amounts paid to you through Truster. The report also shows withheld advance taxes and any other deductions.

Income statement

The income statement is a summary that describes your company's income and expenses and shows whether your company has made a profit or a loss.

Certificates

Certificate of Truster use

The certificate of Truster use shows that you use the Truster invoicing service.

Employment certificate

The employment certificate is an official document with which you prove that you work in your own company.
