What if I go on holiday?

YEL insurance is continuous and does not end automatically just because you take a break from working, for example during a holiday.

A short break does not require any action on your part - your insurance coverage continues as usual. If your break is longer or your self-employment comes to a complete halt, please contact the pension insurance company where you purchased your policy.
