What is Own Account?
Own Account is Truster's service for sole proprietors who want to run their business through their own bank account. You connect your business bank account and get automatic bookkeeping, invoicing, a receipt scanner and tax reporting. Everything is included in one price.
How does bank synchronization work?
Truster connects to your bank account through a secure interface supported by all major Finnish banks. Once the connection is set up, transactions flow into Truster automatically. You don't need to do anything manually.
How much does Own Account cost?
59,90 euros a month. The price includes bookkeeping, invoicing, a receipt scanner, VAT returns, tax returns and bookkeeper support. No hidden costs.
Do I still need a bookkeeper?
No. Truster handles bookkeeping, tax returns and VAT returns automatically. If you need help, bookkeeper support is included in the price.
Can I switch from Client Funds Account to Own Account?
Yes, anytime from the app. Your invoicing history, customer data and all your data are preserved.
Which banks are supported?
All major Finnish banks: OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and others. If your bank supports automatic bank connections, it will work with Truster.
