Why was I charged service fees?

The service fee covers billing, payments, and the handling of taxes and obligations.

The billing method depends on your package:
- Truster 55€/month: A fixed monthly fee is charged every 30 days directly to your payment card, regardless of billing.
- Truster Light and Truster Pro Light: 3.99% is deducted per invoice at the time of payment.

Please note that the monthly fee must be active before work begins and at the time of payroll processing. If the work period on the invoice is, for example, May 1-15, and you activated the monthly subscription service on May 7, a percentage-based service fee will still be charged when payroll is processed for that invoice.
