How do I know if my customer has paid the invoice?
Updated
Waiting for payday? With Truster, you don't have to guess when the money will arrive in your account. You can easily see your invoice's status directly in the app.
Does the due date mean payday?
Not always. The due date on an invoice marks the day by which your customer must pay the invoice. Under the normal payment schedule, your pay is paid out once the invoice has been paid and the payment has been registered with us. So if the invoice is paid before the due date, you'll also receive your pay before the due date.
Understanding the invoice status
Open the Truster app and click Invoices on the front page.
Pending
Your customer's payment hasn't been registered on the invoice yet. Your pay can't be released for payment yet. If your customer has just paid the invoice, your pay will be in your account within 1-3 business days.
Overdue
The invoice's due date has passed, and we haven't yet received payment for the invoice. If you have an active Maksuvahti for that customer, an automatic payment reminder is sent from the invoice 5 days (14 days for private customers) after the due date.
Paid
The payment has been registered with us. Your pay is paid out no later than the next business day, and it will be in your account within 1-2 business days. If you chose Pikamaksu for the invoice, your pay will be paid out the same day (weekdays 8-16).
Real-time payslip
Once your pay has been calculated and paid, a payslip for the payment is generated in the app. The payslip shows the details of the deductions made from that payment, as well as the amount payable to you.
Payslips can be found in the menu under Pay.
