I received a request for information from the Finnish Immigration Service, what documents do I need to send?

For the request for information, you will need the following reports:

• Income statement
• Sales report
• Expense report
• The amounts of your private withdrawals
• Proof of working in the company
• Proof of using Truster

You can download these reports directly from the Truster app as follows:

• Open the Truster app and go to "Company information"
• Select "Downloadable reports"
• Select the report you want
• Set the time period for the report (current year and/or previous year)
• Click "Create report"
• When the report opens in your browser, save it for yourself

In addition, the Finnish Immigration Service requires proof of your YEL insurance and the YEL invoices you have paid. If your insurance was taken out through the insurance company Elo, you can download these certificates by logging in to Elo's online service as a corporate customer. Please also remember to attach any service agreements with your client companies to the request for information.
