Getting started

How to start using the service

Three steps, about two minutes.

1. Complete identification.

Strong identification with online banking credentials or the Mobile Certificate. Takes about two minutes. Identification is done in the Truster app or online.

2. Respond to the KYC information request.

An inquiry required under anti-money laundering legislation. You can respond either via the link in the email or in the Messages section of the Truster app. Takes a couple of minutes.

3. Check your details and account number.

Open your profile and make sure your name, address and bank account are correct. The bank account is where your pay will be sent, so check it carefully.
