Truster Drive automatically records mileage allowances in your bookkeeping and tax return. Palkanlaskenta Plus handles payroll from tax withholding to Incomes Register reporting. Lakiturva covers contract disputes. All of them integrate directly with your bookkeeping.

Your data is safe
The bank connection works through a secure interface supported by all major Finnish banks. Your data is never stored with third parties. Your company's money stays in your own account. Truster only handles the admin: bookkeeping, invoicing and tax reporting. Liability insurance and accident insurance are included in the price.

We're building full double-entry bookkeeping directly into Oma tili. Accrual-based bookkeeping, automatic financial statements and balance sheet generation. When it launches, Oma tili users will be upgraded automatically. No data migration, no extra cost.

Questions about features
How does the receipt scanner work?
Photograph the receipt with your phone's camera. Truster's AI reads the receipt's details, categorizes the expense and matches it to the correct bank transaction automatically.
Can I send invoices as e-invoices?
Yes. You can send invoices by email, as an e-invoice, or by post. Your customer register and invoicing history are created automatically.
How is the VAT return handled?
Truster calculates VAT automatically based on your bookkeeping and prepares your periodic tax return. All you need to do is approve it.
What is HetiPalkka?
HetiPalkka is invoice financing. Activate it on any invoice and you get the money in your account the same day, before your customer has paid. The service fee is 5% of the invoice amount.
When is double-entry bookkeeping coming?
It's currently being built. When it launches, Oma tili users will be upgraded automatically, with no data migration or extra cost.
What about card transactions?
Your company's card transactions are added to your bookkeeping automatically through bank sync. They're categorized and reconciled just like any other transaction.
