#Bookkeeper – AI overseer

At Truster, bookkeeping is AI-first: our systems produce the bookkeeping, categorize transactions, calculate VAT and prepare filings automatically for thousands of sole proprietorships ("toiminimi") and small businesses. Your job is to make sure the AI gets it right.

#What you'll do

Review and approve bookkeeping and categorizations produced by the AI

Verify the accuracy of VAT handling and authority filings before submission

Investigate and correct discrepancies — and give feedback that helps the automation improve

Support customer service on more demanding bookkeeping questions

#What we're looking for

Strong bookkeeping expertise — familiar with sole proprietorships and small businesses (KLT accreditation a plus)

Confident command of VAT and business tax filings

Precision, and the confidence to speak up when the machine is wrong

Interest in AI tools — they'll become your most important work partner

#Senior AI developer

We're looking for experienced AI developers who work with Claude and modern LLM agents like true professionals. You'll build production AI systems that serve tens of thousands of entrepreneurs.

#What you'll do

Build and optimize production LLM agents (including Claude) with tool use

Design prompts, evaluations and fine-tuning to be reliable and measurable

Integrate AI into invoicing, bookkeeping and tax processes

Keep production stable and fast — staying on top of latency, cost and quality

#What we're looking for

Strong software engineering background (TypeScript and/or Python)

Experience running LLM applications in production — especially Claude

Understanding of agents, tool use and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Ability to take ownership and deliver quality work quickly
