Payment breakdown

A payment breakdown is generated for each payment made, which you can view in the app.

Light entrepreneur without a business ID: The payslip is generated at the time of payment under Menu → Salaries. The payslip breaks down the components of the total amount:
- Invoiced amount and VAT deducted from it
- Service fees
- Withholding tax based on your tax card
- Any health insurance contributions and YEL
- Any tax-free expense reimbursements (added to the total)
- Any distraints

The statement shows you exactly how the invoice amount was calculated to arrive at the net salary paid into your account.

Sole entrepreneur with a business ID: You can find a breakdown of personal withdrawals under Menu → Company’s transactions. You can find more detailed information about payments in the reports under Menu → Downloadable reports. Expenses to be reported as business expenses can be found under Menu → Receipts → Accepted receipts
