Agreement with a substitute
Updated
Why is it important to make an agreement with a substitute?
The best way to protect yourself as an entrepreneur (such as a food courier who uses a substitute) is to always agree in writing. Although a verbal agreement is legally valid, in a dispute it is difficult to prove what was agreed when it's only "your word against theirs."
A service agreement is a written agreement between the main courier and the substitute that prevents the most important misunderstandings.

You don't need to draft an agreement from scratch yourself. You can use Truster's ready-made, legally valid template.
Remember to fill in the details and have the agreement signed by both parties before the substitute starts work.
