How do I receive a direct payout?

With Truster, as a light entrepreneur you can easily receive direct payouts instead of creating an invoice. Direct payouts work from several different platforms, such as Upwork and Fiverr. Do the following to set up a direct payout:

1. Set a fixed account number

• Log in to the platform
• Add the account number: FI54 5780 0720 7029 48 and BIC code OKOYFIHH.

2. When you receive a payment from the platform

• You will usually receive a payout receipt or notification for the payment by email or in the platform's Messages section.

3. Send the payout receipt in the Truster app

• Send the details of the payout receipt in the app's messages section.
  • The payout receipt should show:
    • The payment amount
    • The payment reference or description
    • The platform the payment came from (e.g. "Fiverr payout").

4. Truster matches the payment and pays you your salary

• Once we have received the payout receipt:
  1. We create a new invoice for you and match the payment to it
  2. We pay the taxes and statutory contributions on it
  3. We pay your salary directly to your account
