Important reports on income and finances

If you need an official document about your income, you'll find the most important reports in the app. The reports can be found under: Company details > Downloadable reports.‍

Reports needed for tracking your finances

• Income statement:
  • This is your most important financial report. It shows your company's final result (Profit): Sales minus Expenses.
  • This is the report most often requested by banks and authorities (e.g. for a mortgage or income verification).
• Sales report: A list of all the sales you've made and the invoices you've sent.
• Expense report: A list of all your company's expenses and service fees (receipts).
• Withdrawal report: A summary of how much we've paid you (i.e. private withdrawals).

Official certificates

• Certificate of Truster use: Certifies that you use Truster for invoicing and bookkeeping.
• Employment certificate: Confirms that you are a sole trader (toiminimi) entrepreneur.
