Invoicing in the Pro Light service

With the Truster app, you can take care of invoicing right after a gig, even on the bus ride home.

1. Open the app and get started

‍Make sure you have the latest version of the Truster app. Click Create invoice on the home screen.

2. Choose the client

Select the client to invoice from the list, or add a new client's details. You can invoice Finnish or foreign companies, as well as private individuals. The app remembers your previous clients, so you only need to add a client's details once.

3. Set the invoice's basic details

‍Check that the payment terms and due date match what was agreed. Select the correct VAT rate.

4. Describe the work you did

‍Add invoice lines and write a clear description of the work performed (e.g. "Window washing 3h"). A clear invoice is easy for the client to approve and pay.

5. Add any expenses and travel

‍Did the gig involve expenses, or did you drive your own car to the job? Add mileage allowances and expenses to the invoice at this stage, so you receive them tax-free with your pay (if the client reimburses them).

6. Review and send

‍Once all the details have been added, preview the invoice and click Send. We'll review the invoice once more before it goes out. You can track the invoice status and the arrival of payment in real time in the app.

When is a private withdrawal paid?

You can choose how quickly you want the money in your account when you send the invoice.

When the invoice has been paid‍

The private withdrawal is paid automatically once your client has paid the invoice and the payment has been recorded with us. Once the payment has reached us, your private withdrawal is paid at the latest on the next business day's payment run. The private withdrawal typically reaches your account within 1-3 business days of your client paying the invoice. Private withdrawals are paid on weekdays during office hours.

Hetipalkka

If you choose Hetipalkka, your private withdrawal can be paid before the invoice has been paid. A separate confirmation request regarding the invoice is sent to your client, and we also check your client's creditworthiness. Hetipalkka is then paid out if there are no obstacles to payment. If payment of Hetipalkka is prevented, we'll contact you separately. Hetipalkka can only be requested for invoices to business clients. The Hetipalkka service fee is 5 % per invoice. Hetipalkka payments are made on weekdays between 8am and 4pm.

Pikamaksu

We pay private withdrawals according to a predefined schedule. If you want to guarantee an individual private withdrawal on a specific day, select Pikamaksu for the invoice. We pay Pikamaksu payments separately, outside our normal schedule. Pikamaksu can be paid once your client has paid the invoice and the payment has been recorded with us. The Pikamaksu service fee is 25 € per payment. Pikamaksu payments are made on weekdays between 8am and 4pm.
