Per diems, mileage and meal allowances

The amounts of expense reimbursements are updated annually. You'll find the details of the 2026 per diems, mileage allowance, and meal allowance below.

Per diem

• Partial per diem: A work trip lasting more than six hours entitles you to a partial per diem of 25 euros.
• Full per diem: A work trip lasting more than 10 hours entitles you to a full per diem of 54 euros.

Mileage allowance

• The maximum tax-free mileage allowance is 0,55 € per kilometer.

Meal allowance

• The reimbursement for one meal is 13,50 euros.
