Pikamaksu

Pikamaksu is an add-on service that lets you move your pay into manual separate processing. It ensures your pay is paid out to you as soon as possible, without the payment being left waiting for Truster's next normal payroll run.

What is Pikamaksu?‍

This is about speeding up the processing flow. When you choose Pikamaksu, our accountant pulls your payment out of the queue and processes it separately.

• Note: The service speeds up the work on Truster's end; it doesn't affect the technical transfer times between banks.

When can you use it?

Pikamaksu can be carried out in two situations:

1. After the client has paid the invoice: Your pay is paid out as soon as the payment reaches Truster.
2. With HetiPalkka: Once a HetiPalkka request has been approved, the payment is made immediately as a separate job.

Price and terms

• Price: 25 € (incl. VAT) per pay run.
• Processing: Pikamaksu payments are processed on weekdays during office hours. Payments ordered in the evening or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
• How to use it: Select "Pikamaksu" when creating the invoice or at the payroll stage in the Truster app.
