Editing your profile information

Has your address, surname, or account number changed? Keeping your own information up to date is important for your salary payments to go through successfully.

How to edit your basic information

1. Open the Truster app
2. Open the Menu in the top left corner
3. Click your name
4. Make the necessary changes
5. Save

If your name has changed, we may ask you to re-authenticate with your online banking credentials for security reasons.

How to edit your account number

1. Open the Truster app
2. Open the Menu in the top left corner
3. Select Account number
4. Make the necessary changes
5. Save
