Accident insurance; what do I do?

Truster Turva's accident insurance covers sudden and unexpected accidents that happen at work.

1. In the event of an accident at work or while commuting, we recommend that you seek treatment immediately from one of Pohjola Insurance’s partner healthcare providers. In acute emergencies, you may seek first aid from any doctor or hospital. Show or provide your insurance ID, which you can find in the app’s My information → Truster Turva section.

We strongly recommend that you go to the emergency room at Pihlajalinna, Terveystalo, or Mehiläinen.

2. File a claim via the link at hae-korvausta.op.fi

Select "Leisure Accident" or "Sports Injury" (compensation under accident or group accident insurance). Provide your insurance ID (insurance ID can be found from the app’s My information → Truster Turva -section) and Truster Oy's business ID 3131729-7.

After that, describe what happened to you in as much detail as possible, and at the end, you are asked to list the expenses incurred and provide your bank account number.

3. The claims service phone number for your specific claim is 0100 5330.

The insurance covers treatment costs up to 10,000€ with no excess, and provides cover for permanent injury and death.
