Why are mandates required?

We need your Suomi.fi mandates so we can handle your bookkeeping and taxation for you without interruption.

With the mandates we deal with the Tax Administration in your name: we file VAT returns and the tax return. Without the mandates we can't do this, which can delay returns and cause late fees. The mandates are therefore a prerequisite for the service to run smoothly.
