Why did I receive this amount?

The amount paid to your account is smaller than the amount you invoiced because deductions are made from the invoiced price:

• VAT is separated and remitted to the Tax Administration.
• Truster's service fee is deducted.
• Withholding tax is taken according to your tax card (light entrepreneurs without a business ID and sole entrepreneurs who have added a percentage to the app).
• Where applicable, the health insurance contribution, YEL insurance and distraint.

Light entrepreneur without a business ID: Tax-free expense reimbursements are paid on top of your salary and are not subject to tax. You can view the exact figures on your payslip under Menu → Salaries.

Sole proprietor with a business ID: You can find a breakdown of personal withdrawals under Menu → Company’s transactions. You can find more detailed information about payments in the reports under Menu → Downloadable reports. Expenses to be reported as your company’s expenses can be found under Menu → Receipts → Accepted receipts.
