What does the legal expenses insurance cover?

Legal expenses insurance is intended for situations where a dispute, claim, or other legal disagreement arises from a matter related to your work. The insurance can help cover legal proceedings and legal costs arising from handling the matter, in accordance with the insurance terms.

This could be, for example, a situation where a disagreement related to an assignment, contract, or payments cannot be resolved through negotiation.

What to do in a dispute situation:

• Write down what the disagreement is about and when the situation began.
• Keep all related messages, contracts, invoices, and other material.
• Don't make binding decisions in a hurry without further clarification.
• Contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll help assess the situation and advise you on how best to proceed.

Please note that the insurance is valid only when the work has been invoiced through Truster.
