What do I do if damage occurs?

Light entrepreneurs invoicing through Truster are automatically covered by Truster Turva insurance, which covers the key work-related damages, such as general liability damages and accidents.

If damage occurs while you're working:

1. Document what happened as thoroughly as possible (photos, a description, the time it occurred, and any witnesses).
2. Contact our customer service through the Support requests section of the app, and we'll help you file the damage report.
3. Keep receipts and other supporting documents for processing the claim.
