#1. ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION

#2. START AND END DATE OF THE COMPETITION AND ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

You can enter the prize draw by liking and following the draw post on Truster's social media channels (published on 28.12.2021). It is possible to participate in the draw during the period 28.12.2021 – 3.1.2022. Winners will be notified personally after the draw by phone or email.

Anyone who has turned 18 and is resident in Finland may participate in the competition, with the exception of the Organizer's employees who have taken part in the planning, preparation or execution of the competition, as well as their family members. If there is reason to suspect that a participant in the draw has engaged in cheating or has participated in violation of these rules, the Organizer has the right to disqualify that entry.

#3. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND TIMING

Winners are drawn at random among everyone who has followed the social media channels based on the draw post. The draw is carried out by a representative of the Organizer. Winners will be announced on 2.1.2022. Winners will be notified of their prize personally by phone or email. If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, or if the prize notification or prize cannot, through reasonable efforts, be delivered to the winner within three (3) days, or this is due to a reason not attributable to the Organizer, the Organizer is not obliged to deliver the prize to the winner, and the prize may instead be redrawn.

#4. PRIZE

The prize in the draw consists of five (5) Truster 49 €/month service packages for the year 2022. Each participant in the draw can win one (1) per person.

#5. THE RULES APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

By participating in the competition, participants agree to comply with these rules and the Organizer's decisions. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. If such changes must be made, this will be announced on these pages relating to the competition.

#6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Organizer processes participants' data only to carry out the competition and the draw, and to hand over the prize. Participants' data will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be used for direct marketing without the participant's consent.

#7. PUBLICATION OF WINNERS' NAMES

In connection with the announcement of the draw's winners, the participant's stated first name and home town may be published.

#8. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER AND THE COMPETITION PARTICIPANT

The Organizer is responsible for any lottery tax relating to the prizes. Participants release the Organizer and any other partners from liability for damages caused, or alleged to have been caused, by participation in the competition. Under no circumstances can the Organizer's liability to participants exceed the value or quantity of the prizes stated in these rules.

The Organizer is not responsible for problems or obstacles caused by technical issues when participating in the competition or receiving the prize. The winner is responsible for any other costs relating to receiving or making use of the prize.

#9. RIGHTS TO MATERIAL SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE COMPETITION

The rights to material relating to the campaign and the draw belong to the organizer of the draw. The participant confirms that they have personally created any material submitted to the competition and is responsible for ensuring that the material, or its use, does not violate the law, good practice, third-party rights—including copyright and other intellectual property rights—honor, privacy or trade secrets, or otherwise breach these rules.

#10. OTHER TERMS

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and any decisions made by the Organizer under them, as well as to comply with the terms of use of any services that are not controlled by the Organizer and that may be related to the competition, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Instagram. None of the Organizer's competitions on Facebook or Instagram are organized, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes, without separate notice, to the competition, its rules, prizes, timing or other circumstances affecting the execution of the competition.
