Why Truster
Tax card
Once you've completed identification, we always fetch your tax card automatically from the Tax Administration's system, so you don't need to send it to us separately. As a sole proprietor (toiminimi), no tax card is used for wage income — instead, taxes are paid as advance tax.
Payment specification
As a light entrepreneur, your payment specifications are always created in the Truster app when the payment is made. You'll find them under Salaries. As a sole proprietor, you'll find your company's transactions and reports in the app.
Add-on services for payment
With the HetiPalkka service, you get your payment in your account even before the business customer has paid the invoice. With Pikamaksu, you can ensure payment of your compensation outside our normal schedules.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid for my gigs?
Truster creates the invoices for you based on the information we've received from the customer, so you don't need to create or send the invoice yourself. Your payment is transferred to your account once the customer has paid the invoice to Truster and you've confirmed the necessary information in the app during the work period. If you want, you can speed up your salary payment with the HetiPalkka service.
Can I choose which gigs to accept myself?
Yes. You work as an independent contractor, so you decide for yourself which gigs to accept. Truster functions as an invoicing and payment service and doesn't control your shifts or assignments. You agree directly with the client on the availability, schedules and content of the gigs.
What does Truster Turva cover for gigs?
The service includes Truster Turva, which covers accident, liability and legal expenses insurance for your gigs. You'll find exact details on the scope of the insurance, compensation limits and how to file a claim on the Truster Turva pages: - Light entrepreneurs - Sole proprietors (toiminimi)
Why don't I see an expense invoice in my profile, or why haven't I been paid?
If no expense invoice template appears in your profile for adding expenses, there are two common reasons, depending on whether you work as a light entrepreneur or with a sole proprietorship (toiminimi): 1. You've logged in with the wrong details (duplicate profile) If you invoice as a light entrepreneur, the expense invoice is created in your profile once we've received your details from the customer. If you didn't already have a Truster account, it's possible that we automatically created a profile for you based on that information. It's very important that you always log in to the service using the same login method. Log in with the email address or phone number you provided to the customer. If you log in a different way, the system creates a new, empty profile for you where the expense invoice won't appear. In that case, you also won't have received payment for a previously created invoice, since the information is missing from the original profile. What should I do if I have a duplicate profile? No worries! Contact Truster's customer service either through the support section in the app or by calling us. Our customer service can easily merge duplicate accounts and move the invoices to the correct profile. 2. You invoice as a sole proprietor (toiminimi) If you operate as a sole proprietor, separate expense invoices are no longer created in your profile for adding expenses. Instead, you can add your expenses directly to your bookkeeping conveniently using the app's receipt scanner.
Is it possible to use a fixed-price service for Flovi rides?
Flovi is a business customer of Truster and therefore uses a tailored service package for businesses. Among other things, the package includes consolidated invoicing, which makes light entrepreneurship smoother for drivers since invoices are created automatically. It also includes agreed, more favorable pricing as well as more extensive insurance specially adapted to Flovi's needs. That's why Truster's fixed-price package of €55 isn't available.
Do I need to create the invoices myself?
As a Flovi driver, you don't need to create any invoice, since Truster handles that for you. You just need to add any expense and travel reimbursements yourself to the invoice draft in your profile. Adding expenses with Truster is easy in the app, and can be done flexibly throughout the invoicing period.
Where can I get help if I have questions?
For questions about the gigs themselves and the content of the work, contact the client's support directly. For questions about invoicing, salary payments, expenses or the app, the easiest way to reach Truster's customer service is through the support section in the app.
